Paramedix sells paramedic textbooks, workbooks, and related educational materials.

Product descriptions, editions, included materials, and prices are provided on the product page. Please review the product details carefully before purchasing.

2. Edition and ISBN

Customers are responsible for confirming that the edition and ISBN they purchase match the requirements of their school or paramedic program.

Paramedix is not responsible if a customer purchases an edition or product that is not required by their program.

3. Product Condition

Products listed as brand new are supplied as brand-new items.

Where an access code is included, the product description will specify whether the code is unused.

4. Prices and Payments

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Payment must be successfully completed before an order is processed.

5. Orders

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in cases such as incorrect pricing, suspected fraudulent activity, inventory errors, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable payment will be refunded.

Orders are shipped from the United Arab Emirates to the United States.
